About

I'm buying a few local businesses to own for decades.

Sabal Ranch Holdings is me: Kyle Oschman, a Lakewood Ranch resident buying established service businesses and keeping them.

My story

I live here, and I'm not going anywhere.

I'm Kyle Oschman. I live in Lakewood Ranch and I'm raising my family here, so I'm not going anywhere.

I spent 20 years in consumer goods leadership at Kraft, PepsiCo, a private-equity-backed brand and a startup, running commercial operations and P&Ls. That work taught me how good businesses grow: by taking care of customers, backing the people who serve them, and making steady improvements year after year.

Now I'm putting that experience to work closer to home. I'm buying a few local businesses to own for decades, not years. Businesses that people in this community already rely on, run by teams who know what they're doing.

When you sell to me, you're not handing your business to a fund or a stranger from out of state. You're handing it to a neighbor who plans to be here for the long run, and who will answer the phone when you call.

The long-term approach

Buy, keep, improve. Never flip.

Most buyers plan their exit before they close. I plan to own what I buy.

Buy

Established businesses within about an hour of Lakewood Ranch, with 10+ years of history, a team in place, and recurring or insurance-paid revenue.

Keep

The name, the trucks, the phone number and the people. I'm buying a business to own it for decades, not to fold it into something else.

Improve

Steady, practical improvements over time: investing in people and equipment, tightening systems, and growing at a pace the business can handle. Nothing that breaks what customers already value.

Never flip

No fund deadline and no investment board waiting for a sale. Not private equity, not a competitor, and not a roll-up that buys to flip.

The name

Why Sabal Ranch.

The sabal palm is Florida's state tree. It's native here, grows slowly, and stands up to storms year after year.

That's the kind of owner I want to be for the businesses I buy: rooted in this community, patient, and still here decades from now.
